The said project was funded under SDF FY 2020 and will serve as a post-harvest facility under the ministry’s support of agricultural productivity to the Indigenous people.
Mr. Timuay Carlito U. Santos, one of the IP beneficiaries, stated that some of the major crops in Brgy. Sifaran are corn, coconut, vegetables, upland, and lowland rice with approximately 700 hectares. The constructed Warehouse with Multi-Purpose Solar Dryer will serve as a space for the efficient storage of their farm products.
