Minister Melanio U. Ulama of the Ministry of Indigenous Peoplesโ Affairs (MIPA) graced the Turn over Ceremony of Water System Level II at Sitio Blala, Brgy. Renede, Upi, Maguindanao del Sur on May 18, 2023.
In his message, Minister Ulama emphasized that the sustainability and maintenance of the said project will be under the responsibility of the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU). He also added that the unity of tri-people will help in the development not only in Sitio Blala but for the entire BARMM.
The 5-tap stand of the water system level II will give access to a clean and safe water supply to the Tedurays and the community in Sitio Blala.
The construction of the said project was funded under Special Development Fund FY 2020.
Also present in the activity are Hon. Wilfredo T. Ibanez-Vice Mayor of Upi, and Hon. Jose P. Ibanez-Brgy. Captain of Renede, representatives from SDF-PMO, and Commission on Audit (COA).
